Built by someone who engineers things, not just talks about them.
Zirowork exists because I kept seeing the same problem — businesses drowning in manual work they didn't know was optional. I decided to do something about it.
I'm a business process and automation engineer based in the Netherlands, with 8 years of experience building systems that remove repetitive, manual work from business operations. I hold a Master's degree in Information Management and Business Intelligence, along with ITIL certifications in High Velocity IT and Create, Deliver & Support.
My background is in understanding how information and processes move through organizations — and more importantly, where they break down, slow down, or cost more than they should. I've spent my career making things run without people having to babysit them.
Zirowork started because I kept noticing the same gap — particularly in Ghana, where I have deep roots and where I was watching businesses manage hundreds of transactions, appointments, and shipments entirely by hand. Not because they wanted to. Because nobody had built the right solution for how they actually operate.
I'm building Zirowork to fix that. Not with generic software. With automations built around how each business actually works — starting with a free assessment that shows exactly where the time and money is going, before anything is built or paid for.
Early stage. Full commitment.
Zirowork is at the beginning. That's not a disclaimer — it's the honest context for everything on this site.
Currently taking on first clients in Ghana
We are actively running free AI readiness assessments for businesses in Ghana's healthcare and logistics sectors. The first automations are being built now. Real results will be documented here as they emerge.
The expertise is real, even if the case studies are new
The automation engineering behind Zirowork is not new. The application of it to Ghanaian businesses is. That combination — technical depth meeting local context — is exactly what this market has been missing.
Built to be accountable
Every assessment comes with documented before-and-after metrics agreed before any work begins. If we can't show a return, we say so. That's not marketing language — it's how the engagements are structured from day one.
This site does not have client testimonials yet. The case studies are being built right now with our first clients. We made a deliberate choice not to fill that space with placeholder quotes — because the businesses we want to work with will see straight through that. When the results are real, they will be here. Until then, you have our methodology, our assessment offer, and a founder you can look up and verify.

Ghana's mid-market businesses are in a specific moment — digital enough to feel the pain of manual processes, but not yet served by automation tools built for how they actually work. Most solutions coming into this market are either too generic, too expensive, or built for a different operational reality entirely.
I understand the Ghanaian business context because I have spent time in it — not as a researcher but as someone building inside it. That context shapes every automation we design: WhatsApp-native where needed, offline-resilient, priced for the market, and implemented with the patience that trust-based business relationships require.
